The apartment has 5 large bedrooms (one is the largest living room), 3 bathrooms and one semi, a laundry room, a kitcheen, and 2 living rooms (one large and one small in front of the kitcheen)

The space

The apartment is a very large apartment built around a full face of the two buildings in which it is shared. It is located on the second floor, but there is no need to take the elevator. After the main entrance, you will find the first small living room with the kitcheen on the other side. There you will find a telescopic table that can seat up to 10 people (very strictly) or you can use another large table for 6 people in the other living room. Immediately after that you will have the first living room with a large sofa bed for 3 people, another table for 6 and a 60 "smart TV with Netflix and other streaming platforms.

Continuing, on the right you will find the first room with 2 single beds, a folding sofa bed and an armchair. On the opposite side you will have a service bathroom, with a washing machine, and a full bathroom.

The next three bedrooms are all the same: a king-size bed, a folding sofa, an armchair and a table.

The fifth bedroom is the living room with the large television set. The sofa can be turned into a bed to accommodate 3 people. Once you open the sofa, the table is available for dining, but then you will have trouble finding people's luggage. Maybe you can move them to another room?

The sixth bedroom is a common area where we can install a flying bed. I don't charge anything for that.

The last three rooms are three bathrooms and a service bathroom where you can only wash your hands.

The kitcheen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. You will also find a microwave oven, a freezer and a large refrigerator.

Iron, ironing mat and a grill are provided in the laundry service bathroom next to the dryer.

There is a telephone in each bathroom.

Access for guests

The apartment is rented a whole and not shared with anyone.

The apartment has two entrances, one for each building, but we usually have one used only as emergency access.

The best one, which has a ramp and wider access for luggage is located at viale regina margherita 2

Other things to keep in mind

The apartment has free parking inside the building or very close by.

There are 2 types of stripes in downtown Milan: yellow and blue.

Yellow is for residents and you will most likely receive a ticket if you park there.

Blue parking spaces are charged hourly from 7: 00 to 24: 00 for 1.5 eu per hour.

There is a guarded garage nearby, a 6-minute walk away, that charges 20/25 eu per day depending on the size of the cars. If you stay for more than 3 days, I will pay for this if it is only one car. This is the "free parking available" you may have seen in the ad. Unfortunately, there is no way to explain it :)

We will provide you with all the linens you need for your stay. You will also find a large shower towel for each guest and a towel in each bathroom. Each bathroom has 2 rolls of tissue paper. If needed, we can provide more.

There are 2 50-liter boilers for hot water in the apartment.
They should cover the need of all guests if they want to take a shower, but they may run out of hot water. If you run 8 or more consecutive very long hot showers, you may run out of them.

In this case they will run out of capacity and start boiling new water. This means you will have to wait up to 30 minutes before you have a new one ready.

In Italy there is an electrical limit on the amount of energy that can be simulously supplied; it is the standard supply contract when you are not a business. If you turn on all the air conditioning and in the meantime you're running the washing machine, the iron is going and you're cooking--it could happen that the electricity goes down.

There is nothing to be afraid of, it is a safe measure that all Italian apartments have installed. To get it back, there is a button to push right behind the washing machine. It happens a couple of times a year and only during the summer time. You will find some information inside the apartment that will help you deal with the problem.

Make sure you turn something off before the power is back on the grid. Otherwise you will see that it has fallen a second time.
